C3 Rules, Regulations, and Forms

The C3 Wellness Center was opened for the use of all current employees of the Education Complex.  Membership and usage is reserved only to current employees who have signed the required C3 Waiver.  In addition, only current employees who have a signed waiver on file may participate in any/all C3 programs and challenges. 

C3 membership does not extend to family and friends.

Accessing the Wellness Center

You must complete the approved C3 Waiver to gain access to the Wellness Center.  Upon completion, you will be provided an entrance access code.  It is a violation to share your entrance access code.  If you are found in violation, your privilege of use will be revoked. 

Facility Rules

Please read and follow all posted rules and follow all participant guidelines and expectations.  Any participant found to be in violation of C3 Policies and Procedures may have their membership revoked.

C3 Policies and Procedures

  • In case of Emergency - - dial 9-1-1 immediately
  • Campus Security – 601-432-6456
  • No monitor is on Duty – use of equipment is AT YOUR OWN RISK
  • Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program or using any exercise equipment
  • A waiver MUST be signed before you can use the C3 Wellness Center
  • Use equipment only for its intended purpose
  • Appropriate fitness attire must be worn when using the facility
  • Athletic shoes must be worn at all times when accessing the facility
  • Do not exercise when impaired by alcohol or drugs (illicit and/or prescribed)
  • 20 minute LIMIT per station when others are waiting
  • Only closable top containers are permitted in the wellness center
  • No glass containers
  • No eating in the wellness center
  • Return all kettle bells, dumbbells, mats, balls, etc. to the designated area
  • All equipment must remain in the wellness center
  • Clean ANY equipment used after each use.  Cleaning supplies are provided by the wellness center
  • The wellness center is open only during building operating hours
  • Report equipment malfunctions immediately to a

When You Have Completed Your Use of Equipment

  • Return any/all equipment to its designated area
  • Wipe down the equipment with the pre-moistened wipes and discard the wipes appropriately
    • This will reduce the spread of any contaminants
  • Remove all of your personal belongings:  water bottle, towels, phone, etc.

When Using the Center, Avoid Excess Noise

  • The wellness center is a public place:
    • Avoid excess chatter to respect others who are using the facility.
    • Limit cell phone use.
    • Limit grunting and yelling.  The use of profanity is prohibited.
    • Avoid dropping and banging weights.  This is disturbing to others using the facility and damages the equipment.
    • Use headphones when listening to personal music selections
    • Keep televisions at a reasonable sound volume
