The Precision Agricultural Technology pathway is an instructional program that prepares individuals to use specialized technology to improve agricultural processes Included in instruction is food science, soil nutrition, agricultural technology, agricultural precision hardware, precision technology, and precision hardware.
The Landscaping and Groundskeeping pathway is an instructional program that prepares individuals for landscaping or maintenance of property grounds using hand or power tools. Included is instruction in soils and plant nutrition, plant materials, annuals and perennials, landscape design, and landscape industry.
The Forestry Technology pathway is an instructional program that prepares individuals to produce, protect, and manage timber and other forest crops. Included is instruction in land and forest measurements, growth processes of timber stands, tree identification, timber and forest product harvesting, timber stand management and protection, and forest products utilization.
The Horticulture Technology pathway is an instructional program that prepares individuals to produce, process, and market plants, shrubs, and trees used principally for ornamental, recreational, and aesthetic purposes and to establish, maintain, and manage horticultural enterprises such as arboriculture, floriculture, greenhouse operation and management, landscape management, nursery operation and management, and turf management. Included is instruction in machinery and equipment necessary for each horticultural enterprise.
The Agribusiness Management Technology pathway is an instructional program that prepares the individual for a variety of agricultural careers including livestock management, agribusiness management, basic maintenance technology, and human relations. Included is instruction in animal production, plant production, agricultural management and marketing, soil conservation, agricultural sales, and agricultural economics.
The Animal Science Technology - Beef Option pathway is an instructional program that prepares the individual for a variety of agriculture careers including livestock management, agribusiness management, basic maintenance technology, and human relations. Included is instruction in agricultural technology, principles of animal production, principles of plant production, plant science, agricultural management, agricultural sales, agricultural records, animal reproduction, forage and pasture crops, and applied animal nutrition.
The Animals Science Technology - Poultry Option pathway is an instructional program that prepares the individual for a variety of agriculture careers including poultry management, agribusiness management, basic maintenance technology, and human relations. Included is instruction in agriculture technology, principles of animal production, principles of plant production, plant science, agricultural management, agricultural sales, agricultural records, poultry production, poultry nutrition, and hatchery/feed mill management.
The Fields and Crops pathway is an instructional program that prepares the individual to manage and produce field crops, weed, insect, and plant disease control. Included is instruction in agriculture, spatial information systems, basic soils, farm management, plant science, animal science, agricultural marketing, agricultural economics, and agricultural machinery.
