Closed Schools and Transcript Requests
In Mississippi, CPSCR registered schools are required to place their students’ transcripts with a custodial party to maintain and distribute those records at the student’s request. Many times, students are looking for records more than 10 years old. However, these records are not always accessible.
*CPSCR does not have transcripts from closed high schools.*
CPSCR has custodial possession of transcripts for the following listed schools ONLY:
- ACE Training Center, Inc.
- Performance Training Institute
- Moore Career College (Jackson & Hattiesburg ONLY)
- Coastal Training Institute
- Virginia College (Online, Biloxi & Jackson)
- Neely Business College
- Antonelli College (Hattiesburg, Jackson, & Online)
- Institute of Health & Technology (Hattiesburg & Jackson)
- Formerly named - Healing Touch Career College
- Jackson College of Ministries
- Phillips Jr. College -Mississippi Campuses ONLY
- Medical 2 Career College
- Queen B Trucking School
- Southeastern Training Center - Flowood
Transcript Requests/Education Verifications
Effective Monday, May 6, 2024, the Commission on Proprietary Schools & College Registration (CPSCR) has partnered with DiplomaSender to fulfill transcript requests/education verifications for closed, private schools. Please visit DiplomaSender.com to submit your request and make your payment on-line. This self-service website is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week. You may also reach a DiplomaSender specialist Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time at 855-313-5799.
Closed School Records not with DiplomaSender
- For information to obtain transcripts from Magnolia Bible College, Mary Holmes College, Prentiss Institute, Wesley College, or Wood College, visit the Mississippi Commission on College Accreditation website.
- For ITT Technical Institute, those records can be obtained by visiting the Parchment website
- For Miller Motte Technical College in Gulfport, those records can be ordered from Parchment.com
